I would add that home owners should be careful of home warranty companies that charge very little per month but then cover very little (or nothing) when a claim is filed. If this will be a first time extension or purchase of a home warranty it's good to talk with friends, family, and even local repair contractors who have experience dealing with home warranty companies. Arizona Traditions is one of my favorite communities too, and for the exact same reason. Every time I visit my parents who live there, I see gaggles of people out and about, walking, biking, golfing, and sometimes even a few who are rollerblading or rollerskating down the wide pedestrian lanes on the streets. AZ Traditions puts the "active" into active adult living. Between my parents and various aunts & uncles, I've experienced AZ Traditions, Westbrook Village, Pebblecreek, Sun City Grand, Corte Bella, and Trilogy at Vistancia. That's most of the West Valley's active adult communities and so far AZ Traditions is one of my favorites! I agree completely Irene! As you know, I am sure. To have enough land to build a large community, the builders have to go to the outer areas of the city. Both of these new communities are away from town.
