This past week I saw Stomp Out Loud at  Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas.  It is a show of musical performers creating music from ‘junk’ (a technical term).  They made music from the jangle of keys, sweeping of brooms, beating on a trash can, even the kitchen sink.  It is amazing how a group can come together and from noise create rhythm and music.  It was really cool.

What does Stomp have to do with real estate?  Buying a house is very similar.  There are many components, location, school district, the size, price and condition of the home… Until it all comes together in harmonious union it is just noise. Identifying the predominant beat, the supportive melody, add in the tempo and you have it!   What is important, at the top of your list? What other factors are must haves, and what are the background elements that will make a house, your home.
